It has access to multiple top-ranked public schools and has an abundance of parks which further the ever-supported recreational activities that go on constantly. The neighbors are friendly and mostly all have kids, so everyone grows up knowing each other. Five minutes away is access to the highway, a mall, and dozens of great, affordable restaurants, but residential areas remain peaceful.
